Martin’s area of practice is Litigation, including Patent and Trademark Litigation, Unfair Competition, Business Litigation, Product Liability, and Federal Litigation. Mr. Jerisat has litigation experience in state and federal courts, and has tried more than 37 bench and jury trials. He worked for a large technology law firm in Florida before founding his firm in Chicago. Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Jerisat worked as a chemical engineer in a cement factory and in an oil refinery in a fluid catalytic cracking unit.
Mr. Jerisat is a member of the State Bar of California, State Bar of Illinois, and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
